Level 1 Workshop: Pole Fitness Angel

  Level 1 is a 4 x :90 minute classes designed to give you the sexy basics of pole dancing. This workshop will teach you how to use the pole. You will learn how to move your body, sensual floor work, transitions and pole swings and spins that will make you feel very sexy and strong. You will learn a mini routine at the end of each class. Emphasis will be placed on upper body to give you confidence to move to Level 2 Pole Fitness. WARNING!!! After this workshop, you will be be hooked on Pole Fitness. Attire: First class, please come in fitness or yoga clothes. Bring tennis shoes and high heels (high heels are recommended). Clothing guidelines will be discussed in detail on first day of class. You may also bring a towel and bottled water. Remember, our instructor will wear fun, sexy attire, but you do not have too. We want you to be comfortable.

Level 2 Workshop: Pole Fitness Princess – (requirement, completed level 1 pole fitness wkshp).

Well? I told you, now you’re hooked! Now that you’ve learned some of the basics, we will start to add a few more challenging and fun pole tricks. You will continue to develop your personal style with more transitions and more sexy floorwork. We will work on your body language and continue to learn more spins and pole moves. You will be amazed at how much stronger and you feel. Your sense of conficende and sex appeal will be enhanced once you’ve become a Pole Princess.

Level 3 Workshop: Pole Fitness Diva – (requirement, completed level 1& 2 pole fitness wkshp). Level 3 Pole Diva’s are all about perfecting their style and mastering their confidence with the pole. You’ll continue to learn new pole spins, transitions, floor-work. You will be encouraged dress according to your own personal pole style. You will learn more tease techniques. We will help you perfect your entire routine, presentation and confidence in addition to learning some pretty complex pole tricks.

Level 4 Workshop: Pole Fitness Queen (requirement, completed level 1 & 2 & 3 pole fitness wkshp). Congratulations for making it to GOLD! At this level, you will continue learning progressions into moves that require a high amount upper and lower body strength. This level also includes the advanced pole work, complex inverts, and suspensions that demonstrate flexibility, balance, strength, and creativity.
