Aerobic

ZUMBA – Want to sweat, burn fat and learn fun latin moves? You will LOVE Zumba. Zumba is aerobic class inspired by Latin dance moves. It’s the hottest aerobic craze out there right now and we have the #1 Zumba instructor in Minnesota teaching our Zumba classes. You will be smiling as Lupe, Linda and Cathy will give you the Zumba workout of a lifetime.

CARDIO KICKBOXING – If you want an intense fat burning workout, join us on Wed. evenings or Saturday mornings for this awesome high fat burning workout.  You’ll be kicking, squating, punching bob and weaving…… you will feel  really strong as you work on your core, upper and lower body strength as well as your endurance.  This class is for all fitness levels.  The intructors are very good at showing you the options for lower and higher intensity moves throughout the class.   Feel free to bring hand weighted gloves for an even more intense workout.

CARDIO BURN – Join Rachel for an intense workout that incorporates a variety of exercise modes.  Be ready for whatever gets thrown at you!  This class will vary from week-to-week and will incorporate bootcamp, circuit, step, kickboxing, cardio, Zumba, and strength (not all in one class, of course!). Rachel will get you burning a lot of energy and you’ll definitely feel the burn in this class! Regardless of the format, this class will leave you sweaty and high on endorphins!

TRX DRENCH –   You will drench with sweat taking this total body resistance and cardio workout. You will be doing exercises you never have done before and using equipment that you never have before. This class is filled with so much variety to challenge your body and push you like you’ve never been pushed before in any other class.

BRINGING SEXY BACK -  CARDIO CLASS -   Ladies, it’s time to bring your Sexy Back! Join Emily P. in this flirty, sassy, easy-to-follow cardio dance class! Each routine is taught in an add-on format that keeps your body moving and your energy high for the ultimate calorie burning workout! Not a dancer??? Don’t you worry!!! Every routine is choreographed so everyone can follow along and make it their own! Emily’s motto is “You’re not here to look like anyone but yourself! And have no fear…no one’s looking at you, they’re either looking at themselves in the mirror or looking at me because they’re following along, so either way you’re safe!” Come dance it up because we’re Bringin’ Sexy Back every Monday @ 7:30pm! KETTLE BELLS – 50 minute Kettlebell intro and technique instruction. All ages and fitness levels encouraged to attend. You will learn 8 Fundamental kettlebell drills.

STEP AEROBICS – You want a FAT BURNING, butt blasting cardio workout, then you must take this fun and challenging workout. With a combined 20 years of teaching experience, Teri & Kristin bring you the latest step coreography combined with the latest music so you can work your little bootie and legs to give you an all around awesome hardcore workout. For any fitness level – they do a great job in catering to all fitness levels and showing modifications for everyone.
