With a combined 20 years of teaching experience, Teri & Kristin bring you the latest step coreography combined with the latest music so you can work your little bootie and legs to give you an all around awesome hardcore workout. For any fitness level – they do a great job in catering to all fitness levels and showing modifications for everyone.
TRX DRENCH – You will drench with sweat taking this total body resistance and cardio workout. You will be doing exercises you never have done before and using equipment that you never have before. This class is filled with so much variety to challenge your body and push you like you’ve never been pushed before in any other class.
TRX LEGS & SHOULDERS – TRX produces results! YOU MUST TRY THIS!!!! The TRX Suspension Training is a total body workout that uses your own bodyweight-to build strength, balance, flexibility, joint and core stability for people of all fitness levels. Each person will use the TRX system for their total body workout. Awesome cardio workout too. Max of 20 people in class.
TRX UPPER BODY – TRX Suspension combined with an awesome cardio variety workout. You will love the trx/cardio combination that will help build upper body strength so you will look and feel stronger. You’ll be challenged and will want to keep coming back for more . All geared towards back, biceps and upper body strength.
ZUMBA – Want to sweat, burn fat and learn fun latin moves? You will LOVE Zumba. Zumba is aerobic class inspired by Latin dance moves. It’s the hottest aerobic craze out there right now and we have the #1 Zumba instructor in Minnesota teaching our Zumba classes. You will be smiling as Lupe gives you the Zumba workout of a lifetime.
THE MIXX – The Mixx is a KILLER cardio workout combining the advanced movements of cardio kickboxing, plyometrics, step interval and advanced drills and a little funk for the ultimate workout experience.
KETTLE BELLS – 50 minute Kettlebell intro and technique instruction. All ages and fitness levels encouraged to attend. You will learn 8 Fundamental kettlebell drills.
HOTTIE HIP-HOP – A NEW kind of hip hop class that promises to provide you a great workout in addition will teach you the latest and greatest hip hop moves all modified for easy learning and great fun!!!
CARDIO KICKBOXING– A kick butt cardio workout that will challenge you to your limits. This class combines cardio kickboxing moves with fun This class can be done low impact or high impact depending on your fitness level. Learn the fundamentals of cardio kickboxing. This class will make you feel strong and powerful.
