Pole Fitness Classes
POLE AERBOICS – Ready to tone, tighten, & lift your behind? This class combines the sexy moves of pole fitness with cardio aerobic moves to provide you an awesome combination cardio workout. Class also includes AB conditioning and stretching. Fun, upbeat & for all fitness levels. We will teach you the secrets of moving your body to create confidence. You will see results quickly! Bring your tennis shoes.
POLE TRICKS LEVEL 1 - Level one pole tricks starts from the ground up and includes a variety of beginners moves, turns, and transitions. No dance experience needed! This is a fun, artistic class designed to tone and strengthen your muscles while creating a solid workout! Level 1 is the foundation for all our pole classes. Be prepared to meet your fun sexy side!
MIND, BODY & POLE - This class is for women who want to try something new and explore their sensuality while experiencing a fun and exhilarating workout. Classes include a sensual warm-up, sexy floor moves, pole tricks and dance routines and encourage women to experiment, play and enjoy their curves. These classes allow women to gain confidence, empower themselves, and celebrate their bodies in a private and supportive environment.
STRENGTH CARDIO POLE – (coming soon) – You’ll be squatting, lunging, lifting holding and using the entire aerobics floor for your total body workout! The class uses the pole as a tool to condition your entire body. You will sweat and burn fat!!! Attire: Wear Tennis Shoes, comfortable fitness and workout attire. Shorts preferable as we will be making contact with the pole.
OPEN POLE (FREESTYLE PRACTICE SESSION) – Great way to practice what you’ve learned in Level 1 Pole Fitness Angel. This is your private time to practice on your own. Must have taken the Level 1 Pole Fitness Angel. . Instructor will be there to assist if needed. A great way to get intensive pole time and practice! $15 per session – first come first serve) Attire: high heels or tennis shoes, comfortable clothing, shorts preferable.
