Yoga
HOT FLOW YOGA (level 2) – This class is focused on breath-connected movements. Sequences are designed to challenge the body in a room ranging from 85-90 degrees. Getting the juices flowing helps improve flexibility, strength and balance.
POWER YOGA ( level 2) – Boost your cardio while building muscle and core power. This is also in a heated environment that fuses vinyasa flow with deep poses, abdominal work, isometrics and inversions.
SLOW FLOW YOGA (level 1) – Enjoy a delightful flow-style class with lightly (78-82 degrees) heated room. Sun salutations will form the foundation of the class.
YIN YOGA (all levels) – This class utilizes longer held poses o go deeply into the body to release tension and toxins from the inside out. Poses are primarily for the hips, low back and legs; where we hold much of our tension.
