Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga  (all levels) – These classes will be a mixed-level, Vinyasa-yoga based program focusing on using conscious breathing to link body and mind. Vinyasa yoga is a moderately challenging form of yoga where each asana (posture) is joined with the next to create a flowing, dance-like sequence. Since yoga is easily adapted to any body and fitness level, almost anyone can see benefits from these classes.
