My passion is to help others to get healthy, feel good about themselves, and build their self-esteems.  Women struggle today with stress, low self-esteems and depression.  My mission is to provide an enviroment where women can learn, grow and change how they feel about themselves and their lives.  I’ve has been teaching aerobics, personal training and helping women for 14 years.  Her dream has been to own a studio. Welcome to my DREAM studio!!! At Bodyblast Studio it will our priority to make sure that you get a great workout, have fun and have a variety of classes to chose from and her hope is that you will make good quality friendships by being a part of her organization.   I will be teaching step, kickboxing, TRX and Cardio Pole.
Theresa Athletics and exercise have been a part of my life since I was born.  My parents not only excelled at sports but coached them as well so it’s natural that the work out gene is in me too.  I love working out and enjoy all the positive attributes that come with it.  I believe that we all have an inner athlete in us and that the mind gives up way before the body does.  I enjoy running, biking, hiking, step, kickboxing and, of course, TRX resistance training.  TRX is a relatively new exercise system and it’s been incorporated into my workouts for the past 3 years.  TRX is excellent for all fitness levels since your own body is the resistant weight and you can workout as light or as hard as you want, but I guarantee you, it’s like no other training out there.  My goal while teaching the TRX Drench class at BodyBlast Studio is to have fun while challenging everyone to push beyond what they think they can accomplish!

rashelChoice1Rashel Dance has been in my life since I was young and I have made an effort to keep it in my life. From studio dance to the high school and college dance teams and even some cheer-leading after that. My dance career has moved to the fitness/health industry.  About two years ago I jumped on board the latest and hottest trend of pole dancing. I love it and want to share it! I teach pole aerobics which is a strength training and cardio workout using the pole! Another passion of mine is music. Each week I try to use music that will motivate and take you away from your everyday routine. Bring your tennis shoes and a water bottle!  I am very excited to be a part of Body Blast Studio!

Morgan “Since 2006 I have been an exotic dance and fitness instructor.  My interest and dedication to physical fitness started in my teenage years.  My parents had a workout room in the house when I was growing up, so although I did not play any sports you can bet I was in the workout room 5 days a week doing cardio and weight training exercises.  I think what I have to offer my students is a whole lot of energy and enthusiasm.  I love what I do!  Teaching exotic dance and fitness is a great way to stay in shape, meet other women who want to be fit, and break away from workouts that can become mundane.  My Pole Fitness and Pole Dance classes are a serious workout, so come prepared to sweat, be sore the next day, and have a lot of fun!  If you sign up for a Lap Dance or Exotic Dance workshop I will be your instructor.  Workshops are a great way to learn technique and embrace your sensuality.  Besides the dance and fitness side of my life I have a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, which I earned at Argosy University-Twin Cities.  In January of 2010 I launched SAMSARA the art of living from the inside out, LLC.  My business focuses on women’s and couple’s intimacy and relationship issues.”

Linda Cole began dancing before she could even walk.  With the support and encouragement of her family Linda was dancing solo in front of hundreds of people at just six years old. In high school she was a varsity cheerleader and a member of the dance team, but it wasn’t until she took her first Zumba class at BodyBlast Studio in 2009 that she realized her passion for dance could be applied to fitness. Linda became a licensed Zumba Instructor in February of 2011 and began teaching classes immediately in the Minneapolis area. Linda truly believes that exercising should be fun and that  is clear in every class Linda teaches!                          Linda

I’ve always had a strong passion for movement. It began when I was a child; I always wanted to play the sports that my older brothers played. Throughout my life, I have been very moved by music also. I fell in love with group fitness and the 32 count music the moment I first tried it in high school. I started teaching shortly thereafter, and acquired my American Council on Exercise (ACE) group fitness certification in 1996. Over the years, I have taught classes in kickboxing, group cycle, muscle conditioning, step, and cardio. My strong interests in the human body, exercise, and how good it makes me feel was my motivation in     pursuing a doctoral degree in exercise physiology from the University of Minnesota. I have been very fortunate to have worked closely with some of the most renowned researchers in pediatric exercise and bone health during my time at the U of MN and as a postdoctoral fellow at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. I have since had 2 beautiful, delightful little boys. I spend my days chasing around with my tikes and I spend my freetime at Bodyblast Studio. Since joining the gym, I have gained some new loves, including Zumba, TRX, and pole exercise. I look forward to expanding my teaching experience to include these exciting formats and I hope to have you move with me soon!RACHEL
